Service Definition

Re-reeling involves the winding of a roll of material from one tube to another. The new core / tube could be of different size and/or type (cardboard, plastic). Materials are usually re-reeled so that they can be used by another machine that accepts a particular core size.

Material Types

We are able to re-reel materials such as plastic (supple and rigid), paper, and most fabrics such as polyester, nylon, satin and cotton.

Size specification

Maximum roll width = 1600mm, core sizes after re-reeling = 50mm, 70mm, or 76mm internal diameter

Re-Reeling

Re-reeling can be carried out with or without cutting the material
